Good to know

Do guests need to download an app or sign in?

No. They scan the QR code on their table card, pick their name from the list, and that’s it. Their phone remembers them for the rest of the day.

Who can see the photos?

Only the couple, and their venue if the couple chooses. Photos are never shown publicly or used for anything else.

Where is everything kept, and for how long?

Securely in London. Photos, videos and notes are kept for 12 months after the wedding, with reminders to download them, and are then deleted.

Can it carry our venue’s branding?

Yes. Your name and logo appear on every guest’s app, on the table cards and in emails to your couples, alongside the couple’s own wedding colour.

What does it cost?

Venues pay us per wedding and include it in their packages at whatever price they choose. Founding venues get their first five weddings free. Get in touch and we’ll talk you through it.
